About the Position
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work with the Uber Rides team on varied tasks and drive multiple parallel activities. In this role, you will primarily provide support for the Swedish and Nordic markets, interacting with customers and partners. Job responsibilities include managing internal and external communication and customer support. You will primarily work via email, with additional outgoing communication through phone and chat channels.
You will initially work exclusively at Uber's office in Stockholm/Solna. After the initial three months, you will have the opportunity to work remotely a few days per week.
Your main responsibilities as customer support will include:
- Support for Uber's customers in the Nordic market
- Internal and external communication
This full-time customer support position is a consulting assignment with immediate start, lasting 6 months with good potential for extension. Working hours are 8:00-17:00, with every other weekend shift.
About You
We are seeking candidates with previous work experience in customer support or equivalent roles. We require a high school education and excellent Norwegian, English, and Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Previous experience in a similar role and good computer system proficiency are important for this position.
We are looking for a proactive and initiative-taking individual who is eager to take on new tasks and drive independent projects. You should have a distinct ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, be flexible, and demonstrate high integrity. This requires strong social skills and comfort with an extensive professional network.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in customer service/support or equivalent
- High school education
- Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- System proficiency
- Proactive, problem-solving, and communicative
