Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for efficient order management and ensuring that every customer receives a first-class experience. The office is located in Handen, Haninge, with a desired start as soon as possible. You will initially be employed as a consultant through The Place, with good opportunities for extension or a permanent position directly with the client company. Your main responsibilities will include: • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email • Handling questions related to orders, deliveries, technical issues, or similar matters • Ensuring that customers receive prompt, accurate, and clear information • Documenting and following up on customer inquiries according to company procedures • Developing and improving customer service processes and routines Qualifications In this role, we would like you to have the following: • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English, both written and spoken • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken • Experience in service and customer management Who are you?
