WHAT We are now looking for a Nordic Purchasing Manager who wants to help drive our journey towards even more sustainable, efficient, and innovative solutions. In this role, you will be a key person in shaping the future of purchasing at Unilabs. You will lead our Nordic purchasing team, build strong partnerships with suppliers, and ensure that the business has the right conditions to deliver diagnostics of the highest quality. The role reports to our global Chief Purchasing Officer (CPO). As Nordic Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing strategies that strengthen Unilabs' operations across the Nordics. - Driving cost savings and mitigating cost increases while ensuring regulatory compliance. - Leading, coaching, and inspiring the team towards common goals and continuous improvement. - Negotiating and building long-term relationships with suppliers for the best quality and value. - Collaborating with our global purchasing leadership, category managers, and colleagues in operations, finance, legal, and other functions to develop effective and sustainable purchasing processes. - Driving innovation, digitalization, and sustainability within the purchasing area. The position is based at our Swedish headquarters in Solna, Stockholm, and travel may be required as needed. WHO For this role, we are looking for an engaged leader with an entrepreneurial drive and a structured mindset. With experience in strategic purchasing and a genuine interest in developing both people and processes, you thrive in an international environment where you can combine structure and analysis with collaboration and creative problem-solving. As our next Nordic Purchasing Manager, you likely have: - At least 7 years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably within laboratory operations, radiology, the pharmaceutical industry, or other regulated sectors. - Strong negotiation skills and a commercial drive. - Experience in leading teams and driving change in a Nordic or international context. We prefer candidates with experience working in a matrix organization. - A strong ability to create systematic and process improvements and an interest in further developing digital working methods. - Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
