The company continues to grow and is now strengthening its team at the Malmö office. As part of the expansion, they are seeking a Nordic Supply Planner who wants to contribute to developing and ensuring efficient flows in a business with well-known products that make a difference, for both people and the planet.
As a Nordic Supply Planner, you'll become an important part of the Nordic Supply Planning team, where commitment, collaboration, and a non-hierarchical approach characterize daily work. The team consists of colleagues who together are responsible for supply to the Nordic market, from raw materials to finished products.
Here, analysis, planning, and hands-on coordination are combined in an environment where everyone helps each other, shares knowledge, and supports one another. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production, logistics, purchasing, and quality, where you'll have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally. The role is largely system-based but requires the ability to handle unforeseen events that arise in a dynamic flow, from late deliveries to rapid volume changes.
WORK TASKS
In the role, you will plan and secure the supply of goods to the Nordic market, from supplier to production and onwards to customer.
Your main tasks will include:
* Ensuring high delivery precision within your product area
* Optimizing planning for cost-effective and sustainable flows
* Placing and following up purchase orders in the Infor M3 business system
* Coordinating transports and maintaining contact with transport companies and third-party warehouses
* Analyzing and improving planning parameters such as lead times, order sizes, and safety stock
* Collaborating closely with production, logistics, and purchasing to create stable flows
* Actively participating in the company's S&OP process and contributing data for decision-making
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
* Have work experience from a role in supply chain, planning, or purchasing, preferably in industries such as FMCG, food, or manufacturing
* Have experience working in business systems, preferably Infor M3
* Have a post-secondary education in a relevant area, such as supply chain, logistics, or purchasing
* Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is meritorious if you have:
* Experience with Nordic or international planning responsibility
* Very good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written
* Previous experience in purchasing or planning for production or working with trade goods
