The company develops and manufactures advanced optical components such as optical filters, thin-film coatings, and diffraction gratings. Our products are used in measurement applications within medical diagnostics, industrial process control, environmental measurements, robotics, and optical communication.

About the Role
As a packing and invoicing team member, you will:
• Be responsible for packing products according to specifications and quality requirements
• Handle invoicing in our business systems
• Ensure timely deliveries with correct documentation
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and customer service to optimize workflow
We are looking for someone who:
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working systematically
• Has experience with administrative tasks, preferably in invoicing
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
• Has good computer skills and communicates fluently in Swedish and English
