ABOUT THE POSITION
NOD is a support structure that initiates and drives consultation processes between the state and civil society. They work to create dialogue and influence by gathering and compiling perspectives from civil society organizations and conveying these to authorities and departments. Their office consists of five people, and they are now looking for additional support to manage meeting processes.
We are currently seeking 1-2 proactive and meticulous students for a qualified part-time job focused on taking notes and compiling discussions during meetings. This assignment is perfect for you if you want to gain practical experience in the civil society and governmental sectors! The position will involve a flexible schedule adjusted according to the number of meetings booked.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
* Take notes during meetings (both physical and digital) between civil society organizations and Swedish authorities.
* Summarize and transcribe discussions in a way that captures the ideas and makes them useful for reporting.
* Contribute stylistic and analytical skills in the follow-up work.
* In some cases, process data and compile materials.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
- Is studying at a university or college at least 50%
- Has at least 1.5 - 2 years left of your studies
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Has a flexible schedule and can work according to NOD's needs
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience as a meeting secretary
- Been or are active in associations and understand the conditions of the non-profit sector
- Studied political science or another social science
- Experience in writing in some form
- Access to your own computer that can be used during the consultancy assignment
