About this role
**About the Company**
We are a premium manufacturer of motorboats within the leisure boat segment. Within the Nimbus Group, we employ 500 people primarily in development, sales, and production. Our headquarters is located in Långedrag outside Gothenburg. At our production facility in Lugnås, we began building boats under the Nimbus brand as early as 1968. With the expansion of our factory completed in 2022, we now have an annual capacity to build approximately 100 boats ranging from 30 to 50 feet and employ 120 people.
**Job Description**
Are you ready for a new challenge? Do you want a hands-on job where you can work with significant responsibility? Then we have the position for you. Nimbus is in an expansion phase and needs new colleagues for production!
At Nimbus, your day-to-day work is often varied, and you will drive your tasks forward based on different deadlines. There are many different tasks depending on the department you work in, including assembly, electrical installation, warehousing, laminate work, painting/gel coating, finishing, and surface work, among others.
You will work at the production unit in Lugnås, just outside Mariestad. The work primarily takes place during the day, although some shift work may be relevant for parts of production.
Start date is negotiable. This is a recruitment process, so you will be directly employed by Nimbus Group AB.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who has the willingness and drive to learn new tasks. If you have an eye for craftsmanship and a technical interest, that is highly advantageous. Being able to handle hand tools is essential for this job, and having a naturally problem-solving attitude is a great foundation. Since you will work in a team, it is important that you can collaborate and have a positive attitude.
We also expect you to have a strong work ethic, be organized, responsible, and very quality-conscious to succeed and thrive at Nimbus.
Having a forklift license, crane license, lift license, and/or hot work certification is an advantage. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to read technical instructions in Swedish, is a requirement.
**What Do We Offer You?**
As part of Nimbus, you will have the opportunity to work with exclusive premium boats in a modern marine manufacturing environment where innovation, quality, and craftsmanship are at the core.
