We are now seeking a new Stopover Night Crew for our very first Stopover opening in Falkenberg in October 2025. Are you ready for a dynamic everyday life filled with varied challenges? As part of the Stopover Floor Crew, you will become a key person in guest interactions and an important part of daily operations. You will work operationally with everything from check-ins and check-outs and bookings to ensuring each guest feels welcome and well-taken care of. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits us. To succeed and enjoy the role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. The position involves work during day, evening, and weekends. As is typical when working in a hotel. Your main tasks will include: • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest, where each encounter strengthens our brand. • Efficiently managing check-ins and check-outs, bookings, and inquiries (via phone, email, and in-person) to ensure a smooth guest journey. • Providing service and information to our guests and ensuring their stay is as good as possible. • Safety work for our guests' security. • Closely collaborating with other hotel departments, which means your nights will also include a few hours of cleaning and a few hours of work in our Viaggio restaurant. • Integrating sustainability into our daily work and contributing to responsible actions.
