About the Position
As a CNC operator specializing in turning, you will have a varied and independent role where you plan and execute your work based on established production plans. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient, high-quality production while being responsible for meticulous documentation and updated protocols.
You will join the client's CNC department consisting of ten skilled employees. The team works with short series and high tolerance requirements, primarily on Okuma machines. The entire machining workshop comprises approximately 30 people and includes milling, spark erosion, grinding, surface treatment, hardening, and non-destructive testing (NDT). You will handle materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium.
The client uses modern methods like laser profile measurement and works according to Lean and 5S principles to create a smart, structured, and pleasant work environment. You will help manufacture high-quality mechanical products for the aerospace and defense industry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in development projects and prototype production, where your expertise and precision truly make a difference.
About You
We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in quality. You work systematically, carefully, and thrive in an environment where precision is crucial. As a person, you are calm and solution-oriented, appreciating smart ways to solve challenges. Given the work's high exactitude requirements, we prefer candidates with a good understanding of tight tolerances and who value order and documentation. Experience in turning and good drawing interpretation skills are advantageous. You should be proficient in both Swedish and English, which is important for understanding instructions and technical documentation.
We value commitment, curiosity, and collaboration - qualities that help strengthen the team and create a creative and inclusive work environment. You have a respectful and open approach towards others and enjoy working together to achieve common goals. It is your competence, personality, and unique background that makes the difference.
