We specialize in recruitment and staffing, but we like to say that we are in the "better future industry" – because we want to be a source of strength for companies and individuals who want to grow. Our offering is precise matching between the needs of companies and the qualities of employees, whether it concerns jobs in the industrial or service sectors, within the education sector, or in various integration projects. We believe in people and know that the right person in the right place makes a difference. Therefore, it is important for us to keep track of every market, every company, and every employee. This is why having a strong local presence is essential for us. You can find us in twenty cities from Stockholm in the south to Luleå in the north.
About the Company
Mattsson Metal is one of Northern Europe's leading contract manufacturers in hot pressing. Our focus is to create hot-pressed products in copper, brass, and aluminum with world-class quality. We are a privately owned company with a stable customer base in the plumbing, electrical, and automotive industries. We have facilities in Mora and Kungsör with a total of around 130 employees. Here, you will find our manufacturing, design, and tool development all under one roof. Our goal is to provide our customers with access to the best the market has to offer within our area of expertise. Our commitment encompasses the entire chain, from design to delivery. We are certified according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001. Our philosophy is that everything is possible, and we are driven by problem-solving. We are now looking to expand our capacity and are seeking an NC/CNC Operator for our production in Mora.
Your Responsibilities
As an NC/CNC Operator at Mattsson Metal, you will work with machining of materials, setting up and operating machines during production, and loading and unloading materials. The role includes daily maintenance of machines and lifting equipment as well as monitoring your own production. You have the authority to approve, and in consultation with the coordinator, stop production if there is a suspicion of deviation. Therefore, we prefer candidates who have a strong focus on quality and a good understanding of production flows and safety.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with training in NC/CNC or a couple of years of industrial experience in machining. You have a strong interest in technology and enjoy a role that combines practical work with theoretical problem-solving. To succeed in this role, we see that you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You are solution-oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude.
Application
The employment begins as a staffing assignment through Clockwork for 6 months, with good chances of continued assignment with the client. The assignment starts with daytime hours, but both two-shift and night/weekend shifts may occur, so we prefer candidates who have a valid driver's license and access to a car. We welcome your application no later than December 25, 2012.
