You will be responsible for ensuring that the resident enjoys a good quality of life by meeting individual needs based on the care plans established and the organization's guidelines and objectives. You will provide daily support to the resident and assist with tasks such as administering medication, helping with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and fostering social interaction. The role of nursing assistant also includes some administrative tasks such as documentation and scheduling. **Qualifications** A three-year nursing program, nursing assistant training, or other education deemed equivalent, or work experience in the field. It has 51 resident places distributed across 4 houses. Two houses focus on dementia care, while the other two are for somatic care. Each house has common areas such as kitchens, balconies, and a dining/lounge area where residents socialize, enjoy meals, watch TV, or have a cup of coffee.
