Night Receptionist / Night Porter 75% - Brunnby Hotel Brunnby Hotel is a family-owned hotel with 44 rooms, located in Årstapartihallarna in southern Stockholm. We have a warm and personal atmosphere, with many returning guests and a focus on service, quality, and well-being – for both guests and staff. We are now seeking a night receptionist for a 75% position, working every other week. About the Position As a night receptionist, you will be responsible for hotel operations during the night. Your duties will include: • Check-in and check-out of guests • Bookings, cash management, and basic administration • Phone calls and guest services • Monitoring hotel premises and common areas • Preparation, cooking, and setting up breakfast • Light cleaning of common areas and some towel laundry during night shifts Working hours are 22:30–06:30, 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 days off. We are Looking for Someone Who: • Is responsible, meticulous, and confident in their role • Enjoys working independently and taking ownership • Has excellent service orientation and enjoys meeting people • Is computer-literate and speaks Swedish and English fluently • Has previous experience in reception, hotel, or similar service industry (advantageous) Experience with the Sirvoy booking system is a plus but not required – we will train the right person.
