About the Family House in Lund
At Familjehuset in Lund, we receive families with children up to 12 years old. Our organization conducts qualified investigation and treatment work, always focusing on the child's needs. The work is based on BBIC and attachment theory, using methods such as interaction treatment, Marte Meo, taping, parent education, and structured observations. The goal is to strengthen parents' care capabilities, create security, and provide children with conditions for good development. We work closely with social services and view collaboration as a central part of our mission.

Night Shift Role
Working at night involves being responsible for the milieu therapeutic work during evening and night hours. This means creating a calm and secure environment for families through functional routines, being available, and providing support in daily situations. Night staff also conduct observations and document these through continuous journaling.
The work also involves providing parents with relief by caring for children according to established plans. Some practical tasks are an important part of night work, such as light cleaning.
In urgent situations, you may need to contact networks and various professionals like social services, child and adolescent psychiatry, doctors, teachers, or guardians.
We are now seeking someone who wants to be part of our team at Familjehuset. We prefer candidates who are secure and stable, have a humble and unpretentious approach, and contribute to a positive work environment. You should be able to distinguish between personal and professional matters, be flexible, and adapt easily to changing circumstances. You should relate to others in a sensitive and clear manner. You need to be able to handle and find solutions to situations that may arise during the night, such as dealing with anxious or upset parents or other acute situations. You will share night shift duties with a colleague.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least a two-year post-secondary education equivalent to vocational college or folk high school, focused on social work, social pedagogy, behavioral science, or another relevant field.
We prefer candidates with previous experience in night work within healthcare and social care. Experience working with infants, at residential care homes, or using the BBIC model is merit-worthy.
