About Us
In our Customer Delivery team in Örebro, operating under Connections & Service Operations, we are eleven employees responsible for all customer-driven projects within the local grid. We work dedicatedly and collaboratively with our customers and contractors to build a sustainable society and drive the development towards future electrical grids. We are now looking for someone to join us in connecting more customers to our local grid.
Your Role
As a Network Technician, you will have a varied job with many points of contact. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming customer inquiries regarding new connections, relocation of utility lines, and repairs to the electrical network. You will be involved throughout the project's duration, where you will take on a supportive and advisory role with both customers and contractors on issues related to network calculations, preparing quotes, and placing orders with contractors. In this role, you will primarily work from the office but also spend time in the field monitoring projects. The position is located in Örebro.
Your Experience
We are seeking someone with a basic understanding of electrical systems and an understanding of electrical networks and distribution, preferably combined with practical field experience. Experience with simpler network calculations is a plus, but we place great importance on your willingness to learn and grow. We welcome new competencies into the team and prioritize your personality and potential.
