Nanostone is now looking for dedicated operators who want to join our close-knit team and help customers maintain their homes in a sustainable way. We offer you a developing and varied role, where you work closely with our customers and deliver solutions that truly make an impact. You will work from home, with placement in or near the following cities: Halmstad, Falkenberg, Båstad, Laholm, Kristianstad, Åhus, Hässleholm, Ängelholm, Helsingborg, Höör, Hörby. Your Role: As an operator at Nanostone, you will be the face of the company. You will visit customers on-site and be responsible for performing specialized cleaning of outdoor surfaces, including stone patios, wooden decks, roofs, and facades. Your tasks will also include: • High-pressure cleaning • Surface impregnation and preventive algae treatment • Gutter cleaning and grass treatments • Upselling and proactive sales work during customer visits • Maintenance of your service vehicle • Ensuring customer satisfaction What We Offer: At Nanostone, you will have the opportunity to work in a growing company that values the development of its employees. You will receive an hourly wage with bonuses and commission opportunities, starting as agreed in early 2025. We Are Looking For Someone Who: • Enjoys working physically and appreciates working outdoors • Is solution-oriented, proactive, and can handle unexpected challenges • Has a strong ability to work both independently and in a team • Thrives in customer contact and has a service-oriented approach • Holds a B driver's license for manual vehicles • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Practical Information: • You will work from home and use a service vehicle to visit our customers • The employment type is full-time or part-time, depending on your preferences and availability.
