Would you like to have interesting and varied work tasks while assisting the Labor Market Minister on one of the government's most prioritized issues? We are seeking someone with academic education and experience in investigative or administrative work within the department's area of responsibility.

In this role, you will be an administrator responsible for the European Social Fund, managing the Swedish ESF Council, and handling other EU-related labor market policy matters. Your tasks will include preparing documentation for government decisions, budgeting, case preparation, policy development, analysis, and follow-up.
Your Background
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Relevant academic education
- Several years of current experience in qualified investigative or administrative work within the Government Offices, other state agencies, municipalities, or organizations
- Experience with EU issues and knowledge of related processes
Additional merits include:
- Experience with labor market policy issues
- Background in investigative or administrative work in Government Offices
- Experience with European Social Fund and agency management
- Knowledge of EU funds
Required Language Skills:
- Excellent Swedish
- Good English (spoken and written)

- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks under high time pressure
- Skilled at analyzing complex problems
- An effective communicator, both in individual and group settings

Other Details:
- Full-time, permanent position with six-month probation period
- Start date negotiable
