Together, we ensure that an entire community functions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As our regular music teacher will be on parental leave, we are seeking a substitute teacher qualified to teach music. You will be responsible for clearly planning, implementing, and evaluating your instruction, both individually and in collaboration with teaching teams and other colleagues. Through your subject knowledge and commitment, you will create a creative and motivating environment where student development is the focus. You will work according to current procedures for individual development plans and assessment. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues, student health services, students, and guardians to create a safe and developmental learning environment. Employment is valid for the spring semester 2026 with possibility of extension. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a licensed teacher qualified to teach music. You have strong digital skills and previous experience with inclusive teaching. Most important to us is your clear student focus, and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and suitability. We seek someone with a natural coaching, motivating, and engaging approach. We expect you to create a safe learning environment built on mutual respect and communication, where you utilize each student's abilities and competencies. It is crucial that you can adapt instruction to individual student needs. Additionally, you should have the ability to establish well-functioning collaborations with students, guardians, and colleagues to contribute to a positive workplace dynamic.
