Who Are We? Mössebergsskolan is a three-parallel preschool to 6th-grade school located beautifully on Mösseberg's slope, within walking distance from the Transit Center. The school has over 500 students. It is located near the Mösseberg outdoor recreation area and has its own school forest. Our vision is "The Hopeful School" where future belief, resources, and environment are three important components. What Can We Offer You? As a music teacher at Mössebergsskolan, you will teach students in grades 1-6. The position is scheduled for 4 days (Monday-Thursday). For grades 4-6, you will teach half-classes. The scope of the position at Mösseberg is 75%, but there is an opportunity for full-time employment by combining with music teaching at another school. There are two additional music teachers at the school. Together with them, you will be part of the school's cultural group that plans school graduations and other celebrations. The school has a comprehensive music teaching plan for all grades to help you plan your instruction. Mössebergsskolan has a well-equipped music room. What Are We Looking For? You are trained as a music teacher for primary school or have other education and/or experience that we assess as equivalent. As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, have good collaboration skills, and can work structurally and independently when required. Group dynamics are important to us, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our focus is to find employees who want to be part of our competent and driven staff. We hope that you have many good pedagogical ideas about designing instruction with students' best interests in focus. Information The position at Mössebergsskolan is 75%, but full-time is possible by combining with music teaching at another school - additional information will be provided at a potential interview. In this recruitment, we will have ongoing selection, and interviews may be conducted during the advertising period. The position may potentially be filled internally if an excess of competence is identified within the organization, in which case this recruitment will be discontinued. If offered employment, you must present a current extract from the National Police Board's criminal record for work in schools or preschools in Sweden.
