About the position As a Receiving Inspector in the mechanical field, you will be responsible for inspecting critical articles and components, where quality, precision, and accuracy are essential. You will help ensure that suppliers meet quality requirements and that products perform in demanding environments. Main responsibilities • Ensure that delivered articles and components meet specified requirements and that documentation is correct and complete. • Actively participate in the department's improvement efforts and contribute to the development of processes and working methods. • Serve as a central link between production and the quality organization. • Inspect products according to inspection instructions, drawings, control plans, and technical specifications. • Perform both physical and system-supported inspections of incoming materials. • Manage deviations and non-conforming materials according to established procedures in dialogue with the quality organization. • Create and administer deviation reports and ensure correct documentation. • Approve materials for storage. The position is located in the Quality Department and reports to the Quality Manager Operations. We are looking for someone who Has experience in a similar role, such as inspector, production quality, production technician, or from the manufacturing industry. We value a strong interest in quality and improvement work. We prefer that you have: • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • A strong ability to read and understand drawings, technical specifications, and relevant standards, such as ISO 9001 and SS/EN 3834. • Experience using measuring tools. Your profile As a person, you are meticulous, communicative, and analytical. You work in a structured manner, have a good ability to see the big picture, and manage technical complexity.
