The Role of Appointment Setter
As an appointment setter at Technologica, you will be an important link between marketing/sales and customers. Your task is to create and schedule qualified customer meetings with potential business clients, focusing on our offerings in IT services: clients, servers, networking, telephony, security, and more.
Responsibilities
• Identify new business clients and prospect via phone, email, and digital channels
• Schedule meetings for the sales department with stakeholders in decision-making roles
• Collaborate with the sales team and technical support to ensure meetings are well prepared
• Follow up and report activity levels and pipeline in the CRM system Vainu
• Provide feedback from customer meetings to improve our pitch and offerings
Your Profile
• You have experience in appointment setting, tele-sales, or similar entry-level sales work
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and digital channels
• Good understanding of IT industries or a willingness to quickly learn about their various services (networking, security, telephony, etc.)
• Driven, self-sufficient, and organized
• Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English

Location: Södertälje and/or hybrid
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden’s largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day onsite sales training in Stockholm to further develop as a sales professional.
