About the Job: Hand shoveling snow around residential areas, parking lots, sidewalks, and driveways in Södertälje and surrounding areas. Night work may occur, but typically shifts start between 4:30-6:00 AM and continue throughout the day. You'll start at a common address that serves as a workshop. There, you'll be divided into work groups. From there, you'll travel with your group and work through a list of addresses, with specific instructions for each location. We provide cars, machines, and other necessary tools, as well as shoes, jackets, and thermal pants. This is a job that is simple to understand but requires determination to perform. We handle all the logistics to make it as straightforward as possible. All you need to do is arrive on time and be ready to work!
Flexible Working Hours – We work when the snow falls!
Sometimes we can predict job opportunities a few days in advance through weather forecasts, but sometimes forecasts are inaccurate, which may require us to call you the day before or even the same day. The work therefore requires a good attitude, a "team player" mentality, and a genuine desire to work. Since shifts typically start early in the morning at an address in Södertälje, you need to live in or near Södertälje to arrive on time.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
• Lives in or near Södertälje
• Has a positive attitude, "team player" mentality, and is physically fit for the job
• Is flexible and prepared to work early mornings, late evenings, or when snow requires
Profile:
• Good ability to take initiative
• Flexible and able to step in on short notice
• Stress-resistant
• Fluent in Swedish or English (spoken and written)
• Experience in snow shoveling or outdoor work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Driver's License B
• Own car
• Experience in snow shoveling or outdoor work
