We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the daily life of a person with a disability! As a personal assistant, you will help with whatever is needed for the day to function – this can range from personal care and household chores to cooking, as well as accompanying the individual on activities or errands.
You will work in the client’s home and sometimes in other environments, such as out in town or during visits to healthcare facilities. It is important that you have a good sense of integrity, are attentive, and can adapt to the client’s needs and wishes.
We are seeking someone who:
• Is reliable, calm, and responsible
• Has good social skills and shows respect for the individual's privacy
• Is patient and can work both independently and in collaboration with others
• Speaks and understands Swedish well
• Has previous experience in care/support (preferred but not required)
• Can provide a valid extract from the criminal record upon employment
