About the Position

You are a person with experience from customer-oriented service roles, but you're ready for the next step. You want a role where you can continue doing what you do best: customer contact and problem-solving, but you're seeking more complex customer cases where you can take responsibility from start to finish, and most importantly: with great benefits.
Additionally, you're a morning person and likely live in the northern suburbs near a commuter train or are car-enabled. Stena Recycling's facilities are located in Järfälla (near Barkarby station) and workdays start at 07:00. Parking is of course available if you're driving.
Let us briefly go through your work tasks:
• You will take responsibility for entire customer cases from start to finish (and potential follow-up)
• Quality assurance and updating of customer information
• Working with quotes and prices for corporate customers
• Order placement and handling of deliveries
• Follow-up on complaints and deviations
• Occasionally escalate cases to colleagues
What workplace do we offer?
This role is perfect for you who value working in a team with high trust where members support each other. The core team in Stena Recycling's customer support handles incoming cases via phone, email, and case management system. The team coordinates who will staff the phone and who will handle digital channels (email and case management system). An important point to highlight is that this team is accustomed to changing focus, rolling up their sleeves, and supporting colleagues with high workloads.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can work from Stena Recycling's facilities in Järfälla from 07:00
• Has previous experience in customer-oriented roles such as customer service
• Speaks and writes both Swedish and English fluently
About the Employment
This is a consultant assignment with an initial employment at OIO. The plan is for this to transition to a permanent position, provided both you and Stena Recycling are satisfied with the collaboration.

• Scope: Full-time, 07:00-16:15 (Mon-Thu), 07:00-15:00 (Fri)
