You are a person with experience in customer-oriented service roles and you're ready for the next step. You want a role where you can continue doing what you do best: customer contact and problem-solving, but you're seeking more complex customer cases where you can take responsibility from start to finish, and above all: with great benefits.
Additionally, you're an early bird and likely live in the northern suburbs near a commuter train or are car-enabled. Our client's facilities are located in Järfälla (near Barkarby station) and workdays start at 07:00. Free parking is available if you're driving.
Here's a brief overview of your tasks:
• Take full responsibility for customer cases from start to finish (and potential follow-up)
• Quality assurance and updating of customer information
• Working with quotes and pricing for corporate customers
• Order placement and handling of deliveries
• Follow-up on complaints and deviations
• Occasionally escalate cases to colleagues

The team coordinates who will staff the phone and who will handle digital channels (email and case management system). For example: if you're handling cases by phone when suddenly many calls come in simultaneously, your colleagues will drop their tasks to help you.
We're looking for someone who:
• Can work from our client's premises near Barkarby station from 07:00.
• Has previous experience in customer-oriented roles such as customer service (we believe this job is for someone who enjoys customer service but wants to take the next step while continuing to work with the customer at the center).
• Speaks and writes both Swedish and English fluently.
