Assembly Leader for Nybergs Welding

We look forward to working with you! Responsibilities In our workshop in Alingsås, we manufacture steel constructions, stairs, and railings that we install for clients in southern and central Sweden. We also assemble prefab concrete and glued laminated timber structures. In the role of lead installer/installation manager, you will play a crucial part in the assembly work on construction sites. You will lead and allocate tasks within the projects, as well as participate in planning and follow-up. The job requires strong knowledge of construction technology. It is advantageous if you also have welding and material knowledge, but the most important aspect is that you have experience in leading others. You will work closely with project managers and other supervisory staff. You will also be involved in daily operations and long-term planning. Some examples of tasks include: • Distribution of daily work • Work supervision • Planning/scheduling • Follow-up Education and Experience We are looking for someone with a high school education in technology, construction, or equivalent experience, who enjoys working with technical solutions. You should be familiar with reading blueprints and have experience working as a lead installer/installation manager in steel assembly, prefab, electrical work, or similar fields. A valid B driver's license and residence in the Gothenburg region are required. Personal Qualities As a person, you are driven and outgoing, with a desire to produce quality work.
