You need to be technically interested, goal-oriented, and have the ability to lead and motivate our teams. In addition to a structured work approach, you must have good computer skills and feel comfortable coordinating both operational and administrative work.
To succeed in the role, we prefer candidates with a technical background in piping, strong administrative skills, and extensive experience in assembly work. You should have a great interest and commitment to technology, improvement work, and leadership. Experience in the paper industry is meritorious. Personal qualities we value include precision, a service-oriented approach, positive attitude, and the ability to create good relationships within your work group and with customers.
