Your Responsibilities
As an assembler at Väderstad, you will work on the assembly of high-quality soil cultivation and seeding machines. You will be an important part of a team where quality and precision are the focus.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Manual assembly of agricultural machines according to drawings and instructions
• Participation in quality control to ensure that the machines meet high standards
• Testing and inspection of machines before delivery
• Modification and adaptation of stock machines based on specific needs
• Documentation and reporting of completed work and any deviations
• Responsibility for maintaining order and cleanliness at your workstation and contributing to a safe and pleasant working environment
You will be offered a varied and hands-on job where you will work with modern products in an environment characterized by technical expertise, collaboration, and pride.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in assembly work
• Class B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Ability to work two shifts
Meritorious:
• Forklift license A + B
• Training in handling machinery

You have a strong technical interest and at least one year of experience in similar production work. You enjoy assembling and repairing, thrive on technical problem-solving, and feel confident working with both tools and machines.
