We continue to grow and are seeking more assemblers for our production department! We are currently in an exciting development phase with new contracts and increased deliveries of our helicopters. As an assembler with us, you will become an important part of a team where quality, technology, and commitment are in focus. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence how we build our production – while contributing to delivering world-class products.
Assembler with us: You will become part of the production team consisting of 18 people with roles such as logistics specialists, production planners, material planners, and technicians. The team has overall responsibility for production, which includes planning and construction of helicopters and ground stations. You will begin your service with training where you will learn the systems from the ground up. As you become more and more self-sufficient, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and eventually work independently on all work tasks.
The team of technicians in production currently consists of 10 people. In the role of Production Assembler, you will:
• Become a mechanical expert on our complex V200 helicopter
• Build complete helicopters from scratch
• Assemble and perform customer adaptations on helicopters, ground stations, and other related systems within mechanical and electronic areas
• Contribute to the development of production operations and our working methods, and work with continuous improvements

Are you who we're looking for?
We place great importance on personal qualities, and to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible, we are seeking someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and good at collaborating with others. To succeed in this role, we want someone with previous work experience as an Assembler or similar role. Having a high school aviation technical education (A1), helicopter education (B1), experience or training in cable manufacturing is meritorious. Experience with Jira or assembly (FMS) is also meritorious.
The position requires high proficiency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
The position requires a B driver's license.
