You don't need extensive experience, but you likely have a technical interest, enjoy understanding how things work, and may have tinkered, built, or fixed things in your spare time. About the Position As an assembly technician, you'll be a crucial part of production, working on assembly and quality control of technical components. The work requires precision, patience, and an eye for detail. You'll follow clear instructions and work both independently and in a team with knowledgeable colleagues. This is a full-time position with an immediate start required, working daytime hours Monday-Friday. Example Tasks: - Assembling small, technical components - Visual inspection and quality control - Following work instructions and routines - Contributing to order, safety, and improvements - Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals Who Are You? We believe you are practical, meticulous, and have a natural sense of quality. You enjoy working with your hands, following instructions, and thrive on structured work. Perhaps you have previously worked in production, service, workshop, or assembly, or you simply have a genuine technical interest and want to take the next step in a full-time production role. Requirements: - Technically interested and comfortable working with hands - Swedish language skills (spoken and written) - Available for immediate start - Able to work daytime hours Monday-Friday Preferred (but not required): - Experience in assembly, production, or service - Experience with technical products in electronics, fine mechanics, or industry - Familiarity with fine assembly, soldering, testing, or working in ESD-safe environments - Experience with quality control or work in clean, controlled environments - Ability to read and understand drawings or work instructions - Driver's license and access to a car Application Warm welcome to apply via the link below!
