Your Crew
Our Production Team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 people and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from different backgrounds, which means we complement each other and leverage each other's experiences. Here, we are a team that likes to take initiative and solve problems together. Since we are still building up our production, we have great opportunities to influence and improve how we work – perfect for those who enjoy being part of the process from the start! We have an open and inclusive work environment where all ideas are welcomed and utilized as we collectively build the space production of the future!
Your Mission
• Mechanical assembly of various components
• Drilling and grinding to ensure correct shape and fit
• Bonding of materials
• Working primarily with materials such as carbon fiber and aluminum
• Requirement management and following instructions and specifications
• Documentation of work steps and processes
• Shift work - currently scheduled for two shifts and permanent night shift, with plans to expand to include permanent weekend shifts
Your Story
• Several years of experience in manufacturing industry and qualified assembly work
• Ability to read and understand drawings to ensure correct assembly
• Experience with measurement techniques and handling measuring equipment
• Strong technical interest and desire to develop
• Experience with composite layup is a plus but not required
• Thorough and responsible in work, especially when handling sensitive materials
• Comfortable taking personal responsibility, collaborating, and achieving common goals with the team
