About the Position We are currently seeking someone who wants to work as a fine assembler at Aimpoint in Malmö. You will be an important part of the production team, working on the precise assembly of high-quality products. The job requires precision, patience, and a keen eye for detail, and is suitable for those who enjoy following clear instructions while contributing to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone with a long-term commitment to the role. The position is full-time on a 2-shift schedule as well as permanent night shifts (day shift 06:00-14:20 and evening shift 14:20-22:40, Night: Sun-Thurs 22:40-05:30), and the assignment is long-term with a start after the summer. You will work with products that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. You will receive on-site training and continuous feedback and support in your work, but it is important that you have a technical interest from before. Examples of Responsibilities: • Precise assembly of small, technical components • Following work instructions and routines • Inspection and quality control • Contributing to an organized, safe, and efficient work environment • Collaborating and supporting the team in learning and development Requirements for the Position: • At least 18 years old • Previous experience in production, assembly, or similar practical work • Technically inclined and accustomed to working with your hands • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Available for shift work and night shifts Meritorious: • Previous experience in fine assembly or working with small components • Experience working in industry as a machine operator or process operator • Driver's license and access to a car • Background in beauty professions, e.g., eyelash extensions or nail technology Who Are You?
