As an assembler, you will work in the heart of Aimpoint's operations, and the work offers tasks that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work varied and challenging. Aimpoint's operations are characterized by quality, continuous training, and follow-up with the ambition to adapt to different customer needs, which requires constant development and flexibility. As a person, you must be meticulous, flexible, responsible, and possess technical understanding. On-site, you will continuously receive thorough training and guidance from managers and colleagues to help you feel confident in your role.
The position is full-time with two shift options (Morning: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:20, Friday 06:00-12:00 and Afternoon: Monday-Thursday 14:20-22:40, Friday 12:00-18:00) or Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday 22:40-05:30.

Position Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Have work experience in industrial process work and be comfortable with routine work and documentation
• Have an eye for detail and technical interest
• Available for shift work (Morning and Afternoon, see times above)
• Good understanding of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Possess a driver's license and access to personal transportation to easily reach the workplace

• Previous assembly experience
