About the Position We are now seeking a fitter with technical interest for one of our customers in Kalmar. As a fitter at the company, you will have a varied job in a modern workshop focusing on assembly and installation of products in both white and black materials. You will work on everything from simple assembly to more advanced industrial solutions. We are looking for someone who is technically interested, has a sense of quality, and enjoys practical work. Welding skills are meritorious. The work will involve assembling products according to drawings and instructions, handling stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals, quality control of finished products, and collaboration with colleagues in different parts of production. The position will include work both inside the workshop and at customer sites. Start: Immediately Working Hours: Daytime Your Profile Requirements: - Experience from similar work within industry or workshop - Practically oriented and accustomed to working with hands - Meticulous, responsible, and enjoys finding solutions - Genuine interest in technology and production Meritorious: - Experience with welding or working with stainless material - Ability to read drawings and technical documents As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaborative skills, as the work occurs at our customer sites.
