We are now seeking a Technician who wants to create value for our customers for our process equipment and filling machines. Production Centre Lund within Tetra Pak Processing Equipment AB manufactures, assembles, and tests process and filling machine equipment for food handling. We provide high-quality products quickly and efficiently to our customers through our production centers. In our operations, we have a high focus on both safety and quality of work. An important foundation for this is our work with continuous improvements across the entire operation in accordance with WCM – World Class Manufacturing. We are now seeking a technician for a permanent position in Lund for the Assembly for Test & Dismantling for Packing department. What You Will Do In the role of technician, you will work in a flexible team responsible for assembly and dismantling of process and filling machines and preparation for packaging, where all team members are important players in achieving set goals. The work also includes being part of the ongoing improvement work in the operation. The work includes: • Assembly and preparation of machines for function tests. • Dismantling of equipment after function tests and preparation for packaging prior to customer delivery. • Work with continuous improvements to work instructions and work processes, with high focus on safety and quality. Who You Are You should have a good basic education such as workshop school or other technical education, and/or experience with advanced mechanical assembly work. Being able to read drawings is a matter of course. Experience from manufacturing in the food industry and understanding of food production requirements are meritorious, as is knowledge of flow technology and flow charts. You need to be a proficient computer user and have good skills in both Swedish and English. To succeed in the role, you need to be committed, initiative-taking, and easy to collaborate with. You are creative and have a good ability to solve problems and think in new ways. Furthermore, you are thorough, systematic, and have a high quality focus.
