WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?
We are now seeking a new mother tongue teacher to instruct students in grades 1-9 in French.
We place great importance on your ability to collaborate with all colleagues at the school. Teachers and study counselors work closely together in daily school activities. It is essential that you contribute your experience, knowledge, and creative abilities in various ways for the development of both the students and the organization.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who has/is:
• a certified teacher with the qualification to teach French for grades 1-9
• good knowledge of the curriculum
• strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• previous teaching experience is an advantage
As a person, you are proactive and self-driven. It is also important that you are structured and capable of building relationships. To succeed in this role, you must possess good collaboration skills and a strong focus on quality.
Mother tongue instruction takes place after school hours and in mixed-age groups at several schools in the municipality, so having a driver's license and access to a car is beneficial.
For this role, it is important that you are open and deeply engaged in mentoring and collaborating with our students. You have a desire to develop alongside your colleagues at the school and are interested in the life situations, learning, and development of children and young people. You also have a very good ability to build relationships with others, both with adults and children.
EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION
Employment type: Fixed-term employment until the end of the school year in June 2026
Scope: Part-time 10%
Start date: As soon as possible or as agreed
