As a security guard, you will work in public spaces with high human traffic and your task is to create a safe and calm environment for customers and visitors. Your duties involve contributing to maintaining public order and working to enhance security. Security management refers to the area for which the police authority has issued a security guard authorization.
About the Position:
In this role, you will be vehicle-based and stationed in a municipality in southern Stockholm. Your tasks will include maintaining order and conducting security-enhancing/contact-seeking work related to the local situational overview. You will actively collaborate with other units within the municipality. It is of utmost importance that you can professionally, respectfully, and calmly engage with the public.
Basic Requirements:
• Trained security guard with valid authorization
• Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
• Good health and physical condition
• Law-abiding
• Stable financial situation
• Driver's license class B
Meritorious:
• At least two years of experience as a security guard, preferably from similar assignments
• Security guard training and/or protective guard training
• Completed military service
• Other relevant education in security/safety
• Additional language skills besides Swedish
Work Location: Large municipality in southern Stockholm.
Working Hours: Evening/night, weekdays and weekends.
Duration: Part-time employment 60% or on-call employment. We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
Start Date: September 1st or by agreement.
