We are looking for a Mobile Unit Manager who will also serve as Deputy Director – a unique position with two important responsibilities. About the Role • Mobile Unit Manager: Support operations during startup, acquisition, or change. You will step in as a temporary unit manager where needed, creating stability, quality, and engagement. • Deputy Director: Directly reporting to the Director. You will participate in the strategic work of the management team and contribute to the long-term development of the organization. Your Responsibilities • Personnel responsibility, work environment, and competence development. • Ensure quality, financial performance, and goal achievement. • Lead and coach unit managers. • Collaborate with authorities and external stakeholders. • Be flexible and mobile – live and work in different parts of the country as needed. We are looking for someone who • Has a relevant higher education degree (social work, behavioral sciences, or similar). • Has experience in strategic leadership and managing managers. • Is confident in change management and possesses good financial understanding. • Is communicative, flexible, and engaged.
