We have 470 students ranging from grades 7 to 9. The school is situated in a beautiful location on the heights above Norrahammar, adjacent to a sports and swimming facility, as well as access to football fields. Flahult School is based on the principle of a home base for each grade with associated work teams. Our school aims to be a leader in preventive values-based work, with close collaboration between educators, teachers in after-school care, special education teachers, and the student health team. Your Qualifications We are looking for a qualified teacher with a teaching license, or a candidate who has not yet received their teaching license or is nearing the end of their education, and who is qualified to teach music for grades 7-9, preferably in combination with another subject. You are flexible, committed, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people based on their individual circumstances. You have an interest in knowledge and digital methods to enhance your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and serve as a good role model. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate, but also take initiative and make independent decisions in your work situation. Experience in teaching and working with students is considered an asset. In addition, you are well-versed in the mission of compulsory education and its governing documents, and you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You also possess basic IT skills. Personal suitability is of great importance.
