We have 470 students ranging from grades 7 to 9. The school is beautifully situated on a hill above Norrahammar, adjacent to a sports and swimming facility, as well as access to football fields. Flahult School is based on the principle of home base for each grade with associated work teams. Your qualifications We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with a teaching license, or a candidate who has not yet received their teaching license or is nearing the end of their education, with qualifications in natural sciences for grades 7-9, preferably combined with another subject. You are flexible, engaged, and have a strong interest in educating and developing young people based on their individual circumstances. You have an interest in knowledge and digital methods to enhance your teaching. You are confident in your leadership and serve as a good role model. As a person, you find it easy to collaborate but also take your own initiatives and make independent decisions in your work situation. Experience in teaching and working with students is considered an asset. In addition, you are well-versed in the mission of compulsory education and its governing documents, and you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms. You also possess basic IT skills. Personal suitability is of great importance.
