We are seeking licensed teachers for instruction in the following subjects: Politics and Sustainable Development, Geography, Philosophy, The Arts and Society, as well as Leadership and Organization. The teaching will be conducted entirely online within adult education at the upper secondary level.
About the Role
As a teacher with us, you will instruct adult students in courses that enhance their understanding of society, culture, ethics, and leadership. You will plan, implement, and follow up on teaching according to national guidelines, with a focus on dialogue, reflection, and critical thinking. You will be part of an interdisciplinary teaching team and actively contribute to the development of digital education.
Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct online instruction
• Assess and grade according to applicable curricula
• Provide continuous feedback and support to students
• Participate in quality assurance and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Develop digital pedagogical methods
Qualifications
• Teaching license with qualifications in one or more of the subjects listed above
• Experience in teaching within upper secondary adult education or high school
• Strong digital competence and familiarity with learning platforms
• Ability to create engaging and accessible online instruction
• Desirable: experience in distance education, social analysis, cultural studies, or leadership training.
