We are now expanding our team with additional Software Security Developers.

About the Role

Working as a Software Security Developer at Omegapoint may involve:

• Supporting development teams in all matters related to application security, from planning to implementation.
• Setting up the use of security tools in pipelines.
• Analyzing and explaining security findings, particularly related to common vulnerabilities described in the OWASP Top 10.
• Being involved in conducting threat modeling.
• Reviewing the security of applications or cloud environments.
• Assisting in the development or scripting of smaller components.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least three years of experience and an education in system development, computer science, or cybersecurity.
• An understanding of the combination of development and security.
• Experience in programming in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish.
