About the Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Architect / Developer Lead at Precio Fishbone, you will become a key player in their exciting projects. The role is central to customer dialogues and involves a combination of technical leadership and personal development work.
You will:
• Identify architecture-driving requirements and translate them into realizable technology
• Be responsible for technical vision and architecture in customer assignments
• Coach development teams and serve as a technical sounding board
• Set frameworks and ensure the team builds the right way at the right time
• Contribute to development, primarily in backend, databases, and scalable solutions
• Ensure quality, performance, and security in solutions
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has several years of experience as an architect/lead in complex IT projects
• Knowledge and experience with .NET development and Microsoft database environments
• Has experience with system development and modern software architecture, preferably with DDD, event sourcing, and cloud-native principles
• Can build solutions with microservices, message queues, and scalable systems
• Has knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, and understanding of data modeling's impact on performance and business logic
• DevOps flows where CI/CD, containers, and Infrastructure as Code are a natural part
• Security mindset (e.g., OWASP Top 10)
Meritorious:
• Certification as IT Architect or Developer Lead (or ambition to obtain one)
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
