We are now looking for a dedicated customer service representative for our customer service unit. The mission of customer service is to be the customer's gateway to Miva and to facilitate for our customers so that it is "easy to do the right thing." **Your Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative, you are an important contact between Miva and our customers. You provide professional support, answer questions, handle cases, and contribute to creating a positive experience – whether the customer contacts us via phone, email, or other channels.
Your role includes, among other things:
- Receiving, processing, and investigating customer cases in our operational systems
- Providing clear and helpful information about our operations and services
- Participating in mailings, written communication, and customer-oriented activities
- Handling administrative tasks such as payments, debt collection, and invoicing
- Working on improvements and solutions that create increased customer value
- Contributing to internal training and supporting new employees as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that the customer service mission is carried out in the best possible way.

**Qualifications**
- Upper secondary education, e.g., vocational college or equivalent competence
- 2–5 years of experience in administrative work or a similar role
- Good IT skills and experience working with various software, preferably with knowledge of BFUS
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English (spoken and written), as our customers primarily use Swedish but sometimes also English.
