About this role
Welcome to become a part of our team in the property service department at Tunabyggen! We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the daily management and overall planning of our outdoor environment work. The role involves planning and following up on daily tasks, allocating resources, and resolving practical issues related to the work of our environmental caretakers. The tasks vary, and practical work with the outdoor environment and general property maintenance may also occur.
The employment is a seasonal position for six months, starting in April 2026.
Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in leading people, planning work, and managing resources. We prefer candidates with education in gardening/landscaping or park management and/or other qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer. You should have relevant practical work experience, preferably from a leadership position.
You have a sense of service, an interest in outdoor environments, and a commitment to keeping our residential areas clean and tidy. You communicate easily and manage people well. You have the ability to plan work and share information with others. Good physical fitness is required as the job involves physically demanding tasks.
You are part of a team and need to be attentive and have good collaboration skills. You also enjoy working independently and alone. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
A B driver's license is a requirement for this position.
