About the Role As an Environment and Quality Technician at Alumbra, you will be a central part of the production flow. You will work closely with various team members to ensure that everyone provides the right documentation and that deliveries meet high-quality and environmental standards. The role involves both operational work with quality and environmental issues and coaching and training employees in this area. You will be a crucial catalyst in creating a quality and environmental mindset throughout the company. You will, among other things: • Drive and develop the company's quality and environmental work according to applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) • Responsible for environmental permits and environmental reporting • Ensure that the production flow follows quality routines and proper documentation • Coach and train employees in quality and environmental issues • Follow up and analyze quality deviations, perform root cause analyses (e.g., 5Why), and propose actions • Participate in pulse meetings and contribute insights and solution proposals • Review drawings and technical documentation • Ensure that products and processes meet both customer and legal requirements • Collaborate with production leaders and other key personnel to drive continuous improvements Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in manufacturing industries, preferably with customers with high-quality requirements. You are solution-oriented, receptive, and curious, with a good ability to engage employees. We believe you have: • Experience in quality and environmental work within manufacturing industries • Practical experience with quality tools, root cause analyses, and 5Why • Drawing comprehension, with knowledge of measurement technology being meritorious • Ability to coach and train employees in a positive and clear manner • Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English At Alumbra, you will work in a technologically advanced and warm work environment with committed colleagues and short decision-making paths.
