About this role
About Laholm Municipality
It is in meeting our residents that the value of our work emerges! As an employee of Laholm Municipality, you help deliver services and support to our residents – every day, year-round. Laholm Municipality encompasses everything from care, support, and education for our residents to infrastructure, maintenance, cultural life, and growth. We believe that every employee has the drive and ability to improve operations and a desire to develop in their profession.
As an employee of Laholm Municipality, you have colleagues with many different professions and backgrounds, but what unites us is our mission and our shared core values of joy, courage, participation, commitment, and good example.
The Urban Development, Culture, and Public Health Administration (SKF) is one of the country's broadest and most diverse administrations, comprising seven units (Rescue Service, Environmental Unit, Planning and Building Unit, Technical Unit, Meal Unit, Cultural Unit, and Leisure Unit) as well as an Administrative Staff. Our goal is to be a forward-leaning, change-ready, and service-oriented administration held together by our collective development work and our striving to enable each other in our respective professions. At SKF, we work at a high pace with the broadest palette of municipal tasks, which requires our employees to look beyond their respective operations to contribute to the overall administration. In our operations, we respond to three political committees: the Urban Development Committee, the Culture & Public Health Committee, and the Conflict of Interest Committee.
