**Job Responsibilities**
We are currently seeking drivers with a C license for the transportation of hazardous waste at Renova.
The role involves collecting hazardous waste and containers with construction waste from our customers within municipalities or companies. You will drive alone in the vehicle, and the job may also include warehouse transportation and some heavy lifting. Daily inspections of the vehicle and equipment are part of the job. You will participate in daily planning and maintain continuous communication with the team leader and traffic management to collaboratively find optimal transportation solutions.
As an environmental worker at Renova, you will have a varied and independent job. You will plan your driving together with the traffic manager, considering time, environment, and economy, as well as providing the best possible service for our customers. Continuous communication with the team leader and traffic management is essential.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to sort chemical household products based on their level of hazard. Therefore, knowledge of everyday chemistry is an advantage.
You also need to:
- Hold a C driver's license, a digital tachograph card, ADR certification, and YKB
- Have good computer skills and experience working with a logistics system
- Preferably have experience in service roles
- Be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ideally have good local knowledge of Gothenburg and surrounding areas
As a person, you are environmentally conscious and possess strong communication and collaboration skills. Since a significant part of your role involves engaging with customers in a service-oriented manner and maintaining good relationships between the customer and Renova, we expect you to have experience and interest in customer service work. To succeed in this job, you are responsible, understand the common mission, act accordingly, and contribute to the whole. You also need to be flexible and solution-oriented in your approach, easily adapting to changing circumstances and new information. You are efficient and motivated, take initiative, and drive the work forward.
