As a method supporter in the Children and Youth Department of Halmstad Municipality, you will play a key role in driving development and quality in our work for children and young people.

**What you will do**
In the role of method supporter, you will be part of the department's staff alongside planning secretaries and provide close support to the department head. You will work at a management and department-wide level with strategic issues and operational development. Your assignment will be both operational and practical, focusing on translating strategies into everyday practice.
You will, among other things:
- Act as process support during organizational changes, reviews, follow-ups, and implementation
- Support the implementation of new methods, routines, and guidelines
- Develop working methods and quality management systems in collaboration with the department's units
- Monitor and work with learning platforms such as Yrkesresan in collaboration with unit managers
- Represent the department in the competency group and its working groups, as well as collaborate with Halmstad University, the BBIC region, and Lifecare
**Your experience**
**Requirements:**
- Degree in social work or another higher education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Experience in social work with children and young people
- Strong ability to communicate and build trusting relationships
- Ability to work independently and drive processes
**Meritorious:**
- Knowledge of MI, Signs of Safety, and FiT
- Experience in both authority work and open care for children and young people
- Experience in leading internal training and coordinating development efforts
