About this role
We are now looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented assembler for one of our clients in the defense industry. The company is in an exciting phase of development and works with products that meet the highest security standards. This means that precision, a sense of responsibility, and an understanding of the significance of the work are crucial, as the products manufactured can be a matter of life or death.
As an assembler, you will be part of a small and cohesive team where everyone contributes to high quality at every step. The work is varied and includes mechanical assembly, testing, and rework. The role is perfect for you if you enjoy screwing, building, troubleshooting, and working practically with your hands. You should also be comfortable juggling multiple tasks throughout the workday.
Responsibilities:
• Mechanical assembly of products with high-quality requirements
• Use of hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and simpler tools
• Testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting
• Rework and improvement work as needed
• Manage multiple parallel tasks as required
• Contribute to routines and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and delivery precision
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience with tools and can drill, screw, and assemble by hand
• Has a strong interest in assembly, technology, and mechanics
• Is handy, solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Is not afraid to get their hands dirty; you enjoy practical work
• Thrives with varied tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Understands the importance of high security requirements and confidentiality
• Is responsible, diligent, and has a good work ethic
• Enjoys working in a smaller team where everyone supports each other
• Has technical interest or experience in similar tasks (hobbies or previous jobs are advantageous)
Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday 07:30–16:30
Additional information: To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, structured, and confident in taking responsibility. You work independently but also value teamwork. Since the products belong to the defense industry, confidentiality, quality, and precision are always the highest priority.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your genuine interest in practical work; with the right attitude, you can go far! Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so please apply as soon as possible!
