Role Description As a mechanical design engineer at Combitech, you can expect inspiring assignments, interesting products, and great colleagues. Your role may vary depending on the client and project, but will focus on mechanical product development. This could involve developing vehicles, aerospace equipment, robots, electrical & energy systems, or other complex systems. You'll work on developing components or systems that meet specific functional and environmental requirements. Tasks may include creating 2D or 3D technical drawings with relevant dimensions and determining form and position tolerances based on production methods. You'll typically work in teams with other designers, project managers, purchasers, and production technicians. Effective communication with customers and colleagues is crucial. As a consultant, you'll face many interesting challenges, gradually taking on new roles and responsibilities in developing and challenging assignments. You'll be based at our office in Karlskoga, with potential assignments in Örebro and Karlstad, either on-site with a client or in-house. As the position may involve work subject to defense secrecy, you must pass a security clearance and register check. Selection is ongoing. We look forward to your application!
